  • Selected candidates will be paid while studying to achieve Series 7 and Series 66 licensing over a period of 11 weeks.
  • Training, training materials, and licensing expenses will be paid at no cost to selected candidates.

  • The focus of these positions is to build and grow relationships within existing and referred clients through financial portfolio reviews. The goal is to foster a proactive and advisory-based partnership with these clients to help them achieve financial goals and strategies.
  • The role will have a focus on connecting with clients and helping them transition to the more modern digital platform of handling their portfolios online with your assistance, where you will be able to help them to achieve their financial goals and answer questions they may have
  • From conversations you have with the client, you as the advisor, will review existing portfolio holdings with the client and educating them on different investment platforms, recommending portfolio changes, and over all trying to align investment objectives with client goals when necessary

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required for these positions.
  • Those with a finance focused degree are encouraged to apply even if practical experience gained within financial services was achieved through coursework or internships.
  • Those with a degree who also possess 3+ years financial services industry working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Those with a degree who possess some financial services exposure seeking a career change fully to financial services are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a digestible manner.
  • Self-motivated and strong time management skills
  • As to be expected, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for these positions.
