  • Duties may include: differentiating, processing, and reconciling transactions; researching inquires; resolving customer complaints; reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents related to brokerage accounts; auditing and reviewing documents and data bases for discrepancies; making sure accounts and documents are in compliance according to regulations implicated; revising departmental procedures.

  • Responsible for handling any incoming calls to update accounts and assist with inquiries.

  • Manages and resolves situations that involve customers and/or other internal departments. Email and phone correspondence will be required.

  • Working with established client portfolios and processing large amounts of documents for error; As well as account set up, processing, and maintenance

  • Has moderate customer contact; works under minimal supervision. Must be a self starter.

  • Performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex financial securities or cash related transactions, or processes that require general knowledge of unit

Job Requirements

  • 18+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following:Financial services, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Banking; Or previous work experience with brokerage Accounts

  • Knowledge and work experience with IRA accounts, Annuity, and/or Estates Accounts; And/or managing/transferring between other Financial Portfolios

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and heavy documentation review.

  • Paying attention to detail, high accuracy of data entry will be crucial for the position.

  • Experience in the financial/brokerage or banking industry is a plus

  • Pay based will be based on experience
