JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Selected candidates will perform a variety of financial industry related operational tasks for moderately complex financial securities, cash related transactions, or related processes.
  • Duties may include reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness and entering and/or comparing that documentation to system of record information for consistency and regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Duties will also include ensuring information received between departments impacting customer accounts is compliant with company guidelines and related regulations.
  • Some positions may require interaction with internal and external customers regarding account setups, changes, or modifications. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in one of the following: Business Operations, Financial Services, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
  • Previous experience within Brokerage or Financial Planning is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and work experience with IRA Accounts, Annuities, and/or Estate Accounts highly desirable.
  • Experience managing or accurately transferring information between customer financial portfolios highly desirable.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in a position requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
