Employee Relations Consultant


 


  • This is position will be working with our clients HR Employee Relations Team and will dedicated to the disputes & allegations group

  •  Must have at least 4+ years of employee relations or human resources experience

  • Will handle ethics line complaints, workplace conflict situations, disputes (performance, corrective action, compensation).



  • Responsible for designing and administering proactive programs and plans related to employee relations activities. 

  • Provides counsel and assistance to employees and all levels of management in employee or management issues.

  • Exercises judgment within broadly defined policies and practices. 

  • Recommends or takes appropriate actions to correct problems including assisting and/or advising management in the formal discipline or termination of employees.  

  • Provides training to managers and employees on employee relations issues. 

  • Conducts termination interviews and compiles statistical reports and information. 




Job Requirements

Must Have:
  • Good understanding of various state and federal leave and sick pay laws because this group supports the entire country for Wells

  • Experience with PeopleSoft

  • Background providing HR helpdesk support

  • Strong organizational skills  



Nice to have:
  • Case Management Tracking experience



Locations:
  • Charlotte, NC

  • West Des Moines, IA 



Hours:
  • Monday - Friday (8-5pm)
