Marketing Consultant


The Marketing Consultant will lead strategies, interactions and collaboration with the mortgage business, sales leaders, legal and compliance teams, and other marketing teams in order to deliver marketing materials, programs and initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing all marketing aspects of the Neighborhood LIFT program, including

  • Interact with outside vendor to coordinate the update and execution of materials and other campaign deliverables

  • Consult with outside vendor on local media plans, managing to allocated budget

  • Serve as a liaison between the team and key business partners including, but not limited to: sales, legal, sales support teams, and other marketing teams

  • Manage multiple projects and all related tasks following departmental processes, procedures and tools

  • Ensures work completed is thorough, accurate, and meets or exceeds quality expectation

  • Ensures adherence to legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies related to marketing


Job Requirements



Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years' Marketing experience

  • Bachelors' degree REQUIRED

  • * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill

  • Experience with strategic media plans

  • Strong project coordination/management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in an advertising agency account executive role including working with creative teams

  • Fluent in all standard Microsoft Office applications; knowledge with Aprimo/Marketing Exchange database software
