Job Title: Desktop Support (asset management inventory)

Location: Bothell, WA

Duration: 3+ months

Day to Day responsibilities:

- Manage/maintain ticket queue and prioritize tasks.

- Assist with asset management inventory

- Supports Contact Center

- Escalations if needed

Role Requirements:

- Must be customer service oriented & create positive customer experience for end user

- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude; adaptable and empathetic. Can handle high stress situations

- Must be familiar with Imagining Process, Equipment delivery, and Onboarding (i.e.. 1st day service deadlines).
