Job Description

Providing remote/desk side onsite/offsite support for high profile telepresence and video conference events (room and personal) in a large-scale video environment 
• Must be comfortable working with Level 2 and Level 3 video conferencing engineers to trouble-shoot issues and problems and drive them toward resolution 
• Must be able to support executive and non-executive users on the phone and in person with a professional demeanor and successful outcomes, including some requests which may be during executive meetings and require very immediate responses and resolution, or from users who have not been successful in getting the solution to launch video calls and may be a bit frustrated when they call for support. 


Job Requirements

• Installs hardware, software, and peripheral devices according to standards. 
• Maintains/repairs personal computers and peripheral devices to a component level. 
• Work to meet or exceed Service Desk Prescribed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
• Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers utilizing experience and understanding of environment.
