Job Title: Desktop/Phone Support

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 3+ months

Description:

The position will be deploying iPhones with several clinical apps to physicians in San Diego. The deployment will include light training on the apps (train the trainer will be provided) and assistance with restoring back-ups from iTunes onto a new device.


Top Daily Responsibilities: 1. Deploy new iPhone to physicians 2. Back-up old device onto iTunes 3. Restore old device information onto new phone 4. Verify the functionality of clinical applications  


Must have skills: 1. Competency with a Microsoft desktop 2. iPhone or smart phone experience 3. Sound trouble shooting methodology 4. Provide onsite support for physicians that need help with the phones after deployment 5. Experience with iTunes back-ups


Desired Skills: 1. Troubleshooting for resolution over the phone and in person


Soft Skills: 1. Ability to multi-task and complete upgrades for multiple physicians simultaneously 2. Effective communicator
