Job Title: DEI Strategy & Planning Consultant

Job Duration: 9 months high possibility of extension/conversion

Job Location: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (HYBRID 3 days in office/2 days remote)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of the Strategy & Planning experience

• MUST: financial services industry

• PLUS: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) experience

• Experience with the following: program and project management, process documentation, and change management
