Data Scientist (Quantitative Risk Analyst)

DISYS is currently looking for a Data Scientist (Quantitative Risk Analyst) for position here in the San Francisco, CA.  The Data Scientist (Quantitative Risk Analyst) will be working for our customer, who is one of the largest banking and financial services company.  This candidate must have a stable job history.
Job Responsibilities:


• Part of the Risk modeling team, work on development of statistical and machine learning models for various risk management purposes, including detection of suspicious activities for anti-money laundering. 


• Provide support to document analytical solutions in accordance with the Bank’s model governance policies. 


• Keep abreast with developments in quantitative risk management and industry best practices. 


• Anomaly Detection

Job Requirements


Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of R and Python; SQL and SAS

• Big Data Platform - Spark

• Demonstrated knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning 

• Must be able to write in a technical matter to clearly document model development process 

• Fresh Graduates with Masters Degree and good internship experience can also apply
