•        Admin for Post-sales support

•        Need to be able to problem solve

•        Direct shipping verse proper notification for repair

•        Filling out work order

•        MS office experience

•        Organize emails (will receive thousands of emails a week)

•        Need to know Excel/Word/Access

•        Navigate use of a shared drive

•        Experience with equipment contracts/invoices/billing

•        Experience and comfortable responding and resolving customer inquiries, escalations, etc.

•        Ability to learn systems quickly and navigate between browser windows

•        Experience with Outlook and Excel

•        Must have Excellent Problem solving

•        Reliable and Proven Record of Good Tenure

•        Excellent Customer Service

•        Displays sense of urgency

•        Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)

•        Attention to detail
