End-ClientATOS/ Carrier
Reports to:Tiffany Howard WWTS Program Manager
Work Address:
650 Heil Quaker Ave. Lewisburg, TN. 37091
Timeframe:Immediate, 6 months with possible extension.
Work Hours:M-F. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. One-hour lunch.
OTNot approved, will need to be approved rate is 1.5 times the pay rate
Position:Customer Service Level II Tech
Position Requirements:Will provide in-person deskside customer service on all desktop hardware and software applications Includes, but not limited to, software and hardware support via deskside support or remote support.
Candidate would be required to diagnose a hardware problem, order part(s), and swap part(s).
TrainingWill be done remotely with other WWTS technicians support

Candidate Start Date:After drug, BGI
Interview 1:With Tiffany and WWTS Technician
Interview 2:With Tiffany and our onsite Tech lead at customer location
