Reports to: | Tiffany Howard WWTS Program Manager |
Work Address: | 650 Heil Quaker Ave. Lewisburg, TN. 37091 |
Timeframe: | Immediate, 6 months with possible extension. |
Work Hours: | M-F. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. One-hour lunch. |
OT | Not approved, will need to be approved rate is 1.5 times the pay rate |
Position: | Customer Service Level II Tech |
Position Requirements: | Will provide in-person deskside customer service on all desktop hardware and software applications Includes, but not limited to, software and hardware support via deskside support or remote support. Candidate would be required to diagnose a hardware problem, order part(s), and swap part(s). |
Training | Will be done remotely with other WWTS technicians support |

Drug and BGI Screening: | Required |
Candidate Start Date: | After drug, BGI |
Interview 1: | With Tiffany and WWTS Technician |
Interview 2: | With Tiffany and our onsite Tech lead at customer location |
