Job Requirements


•        The average call is 16 ½ minutes and average between 40 to 55 calls per day. 



•        Must be able to make quick decisions on to whether it is a fraudulent charge or not. 



•        Must be able to keep a conversation with the customer and have empathy for their situation. 




•        Will handle a wide variety of calls and will be checking the status of claims, adding transactions, fee adjustments, interest adjustments for fraudulent charges, closing cards, re-opening cards, they need to look for ways to help the customer and pay the customers or be able to effectively communicate a denial.
