Client: Large Bank/Financial Services

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 8 Month Contract, eligible for extension up to 24 mo. or conversion to FTE

Position Title: Customer Service Representative  

Job Description:

  • Answering inbound calls in a call center setting
  • Servicing calls from customers with home equity accounts                                     
  • Providing customers with solutions on their inquiries
  • Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services.
  • Looking up information and transactions on-line; resolving routine problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives.

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer or people interaction experience, either on the phone or face to face (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • At least 6 months of basic computer experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • Diploma required
  • No specific industry experience required
  • Quick learn
