Customer Service Representative 2

DISYS seeks experienced customer service representatives for an immediate opportunity in the Consumer Lending Department!

Start Date: 1/7/19

Position Type: 8 month contract with possibility to convert to perm

Hours/Schedule: Mon-Sat, 8-9 hour shifts starting between 7:00am-9:30am

(off 1 day during week; either Tue, Wed, Thur, or Fri) and Saturdays there will be a 5 hour shift starting between 7:00am-8:00am

Job Description:

 

Answering inbound calls in a call center setting and servicing calls from customers with home equity accounts. Will provide customers with solutions on their inquiries. Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services.  Will look up information and transactions on-line; resolve routine problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives. 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

 

• At least 1 year of customer or people interaction experience, either on the phone or face  to face (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.)

•       At least 6 months of basic computer experience

•       Professional communication skills

•       HS Diploma required

•       Must complete background check
