Summary for Customer Service Representative: 
The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. 

  • Answering 20 calls/day and responding to 40+ emails regarding commercial credit cards working off 6 systems to update, and resolve issues that are taking place with commercial credit cards.
  • Will be doing the front end creating the account files. They will be reviewing the agreement and underwriting documents to ensure they meet checklist criteria. They will enter the information into the system creating the files for the vendors to process and send the cards.
  • On average they will work with 5-8 clients daily. The client interaction for this role is training the clients on the expense platform.

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative

  • 5-7 years of Call Center Experience with Credit Cards/Debit Cards (Commercial/Corporate Cards preferred)
  • Call Center Banking experience preferred
  • Experience and Comfortable with escalation calls
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Inbound and Outbound call center experience
