Job Description

DISYS has an immediate opportunity for experienced Customer Service Representatives!

(Downtown Phoenix) This department will move in January 2019 to West Rose Garden Lane, Phoenix, –MUST be okay to move to the North location
Start Date of 12/17
6 month contract to hire!

Job Description: 
Will be taking inbound phone calls for the credit card team, focusing on credit cards (inbound calls). Will send out new cards, take payments, update customer info, etc.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:



•2+ years of call center experience; any financial phone experience 

•Desire to drive excellent customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:



•Banking background; 1+ years of banking background

•Commitment to quality

•Excellent Attendance Record

•Good Job Tenure

•Customer Service Experience
