Responsibilities


  • Talk to customers by telephone to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.

  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions

  • Manage escalated customer calls.

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customers’ concerns.

  • Prepare weekly customer care reports; analyse and organize data to submit to management.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Job Requirements


Skills


  • 2-3 years of customer service or mortgage industry experience

  • Professional, proactive demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision making skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Ability to maneuver between multiple screens on computer monitor

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills

  • Bi-lingual a plus
