Job Summary for the Recruiter :

This recruiting position will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring professionals.

This Recruiter role will require sourcing and screening candidates as well as scheduling interviews with hiring managers, booking interview rooms, facilitating intake sessions, candidate travel arrangements, keeping detailed notes in ATS and creating weekly reporting updates on candidate activity.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities for the Recruiter:

  • Build a pool of highly skilled candidates by utilizing the company database, internet sources, networking and other recruiting sources;
  • Screen and interview potential candidates;
  • Extend and negotiate offers to selected candidates;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and position requirements and evaluate candidates against those requirements;
  • Effectively build and maintain active and ongoing relationships with candidates.
  • Understand and qualify candidate through detailed communication and analysis.

Required Experience/Attributes :

  • 3-5 years of successful corporate recruiting experience; agency recruiting a plus.
  • Strong candidate sourcing experience, cold-calling; using internet sources; networking, etc.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethic
  • A positive attitude with the ability to handle candidate/managerial objections
  • Willingness and ability to work in a very fast paced work environment
  • The ability to problem solve and think creatively
  • Experience with ATS - SilkRoad currently being used
  • Basic Excel skills.
