Job Description

We are currently looking for a contract admin in our Equipment Finance department.


  •  Candidate will be responsible for creating or reviewing necessary lease and loan documentation for standard leases. Works with internal resources to document, track, and price assigned leases.

  • Accurately completes UCC filings as required on a timely basis. Orders/analyzes UCC searches and creates all necessary release/subordination documents for signature by secured parties prior to funding.

  • Candidates will work closely with account officer, broker or discounter, sales officer, customer or vendor to coordinate all aspects of the lease or loan paperwork in order to meet the funding deadline. Covers all costs including foreign exchange rate locks, tax and billing information up front. Reviews with senior Contract Specialists any outstanding issues before contacting and discussing with the account officer, vendor or broker/discounter on any outstanding issues. Maintains existing relationships with Bank customers and works to promote future business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience

  • Must have prior banking industry experience
