Job Description


This position is responsible for administrative and clerical support of the HomeCare/Pharmacy department. These functions include a variety of clerical support including but not limited to of the fax queue, faxing, and scanning; maintaining records of daily home visits, scheduling, confirming delivery tickets and home visits; generating reports as required, processing charges, and filing documents appropriately. This position provides support to other Business Associates and Administrative Associates, as needed. 

This person will be assisting the Pharmacy and Delivery teams with clerical functions. 

-Must be Bilingual 

-Healthcare experience 

Minimum Qualifications: 
High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent 
1 year experience required
Experience in a healthcare setting utilizing computer programs. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Meditech, EPIC, and/or other healthcare related programs.
Experience with multiple phone lines and multi-functional devices for copying, scanning and faxing
Experience with medical terminology 

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 
Associates Degree 
Area of Study: Healthcare related field. 
2 years’ experience required 
Previous home health, home infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
