Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Central Operations Service Representative II-III for an opportunity with a client located in Roseville, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform all tasks within the Central Operations department, supporting the manager in writing detailed procedures and handling special projects
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, state, and federal regulations
  • Act as an escalation point and maintain superior client relations
  • Process various operational functions and legal actions


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of Central Operations experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and 10-key skills
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work scheduled hours
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Bank Operations experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and 10-key skills
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work scheduled hours
