Do you enjoy helping customers? Do you want to have an opportunity with one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S.? If so, Disys has the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is looking for someone to take inbound phone calls for one of their call centers in Tempe. This person will be responsible for taking calls on a daily basis answering customer’s questions about their debit card accounts. 



This position is going to be in a fast paced processing environment.  It will be taking actions that immediately impact the customer accounts as well as paying out funds to courts/agencies.  Must be detail-oriented and able to look at the many rules/statues quickly and make a decision and process that decision.

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications:


  • Call Center/heavy call experience – Must have good job history and call center experience – 1+ years of call center

  • Experience dealing with upset customers – Customers will be on hold for over 30 minutes before talking to this department, with their personal accounts being frozen, which can lead to discontented customers

  • Computer experience

  • Fast paced processing experience
