Our client is looking for someone to take inbound phone calls for one of their call centers in Chandler. This person will be responsible for taking calls on a daily basis answering customer’s questions about their debit card accounts. 


  • Answering inbound calls from either bankers or customers in regards to fraudulent claims on accounts

  • Working in a fast paced production oriented call center environment

  • Gathering information from clients

  • Taking information gathered to evaluate and make decision on claim

  • Submitting payment to client

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications:



•         3+ months of call center experience –OR—1+ year of in one or more of the following: financial services, fraud, investigations, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML), or criminal justice –OR—AA/AS degree or Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and 6+ months of computer expereince


•        Must have professional communication skills


•        Must be detail oriented and analytical


•        Must be computer savvy – will be working with multiple screens and programs


•        Must be able to work in high stress environment, speaking with customers that can become upset regarding issues with accounts
