Do you enjoy helping customers? Do you want to have an opportunity with one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S.? If so, Disys has the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is looking for someone to take inbound phone calls for one of their call centers in Chandler. 

Hours/Schedule(if training schedule include here) –
This will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday – 9:30 am – 6:00 pm and Sat will be 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, 

You will assist customers who had a charge on their debit card, and are disputing this information.  The key will provide an outstanding customer experience from beginning to end, providing assistance towards a resolution.

Job Requirements


Excellent communication skills  (Bilingual Strongly Preferred | Spanish) 
Excellent customer service skills
