Job Description

DISYS is searching for a strong business process analyst with Project Management capabilities.  The BPA will work with the Program Manager and Tower Leads to analyze data and manage projects that drive change in the environment.   A key responsibility of this position is to provide analysis that will improve program efficiency while decreasing costs.  He/She will also manage a variety of operational projects as needed to support program needs across the organization.  This successful candidate will be agile and able to shift focus as program needs change and evolve.

Requirements
•  Using data sources, such as ServiceNow and Unified call manager to analyze trends
•  Provide data collection support on cost analysis
•  Provide project management support or projects as needed
•  Write summative reports and give presentations about recommended changes

•  Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
•  Meet with customer to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
•  Use and continually develop leadership skills

Skills:
•  7 years’ experience in analyst role
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Solid problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work independently when needed
•  Understanding of ITIL, PMP
•  Advanced Proficiency in MS Office tools; Excel, Word, MS Project, VISIO, Power Point
•  Experience with process improvement
