The Branch Manager assumes the pivotal role of ensuring the seamless daily functioning of a comprehensive bank branch. This multifaceted responsibility encompasses operations, client relations, product sales, security, and safety. It necessitates unwavering adherence to all the bank's policies, procedures, as well as state and federal banking regulations.
Within this role, the Branch Manager takes charge of supervising the team, spearheading sales initiatives, guaranteeing top-tier customer service, orchestrating operational tasks, and nurturing relationships within the community.
- Recruit, develop, and maintain a skilled workforce for exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to assess team needs and career aspirations.
- Train staff in sales and service techniques and drive core deposit growth.
- Monitor branch trends, communicate policy changes, and address underperformance.
- Ensure security and safety training and compliance.
- Manage 2+ branch employees, provide guidance, assess performance, and oversee schedules.
- Manage branch profitability, control costs, and adhere to budget.
- Maintain audit performance and operational compliance.
- Implement quality control and review reports and exceptions.
- Review large deposits, withdrawals, NSF, and overdraft reports.
Customer Service and Sales
- Enforce superior customer service and oversee mystery shopping.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Resolve complex account transactions and innovate customer-centric initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, mentor staff, and deepen customer relationships.
- Promote the Bank's CRA policies and engage in community and civic activities.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
