Title:  HR Specialist 2


Job Description: 


  • This will be an inbound call center to support benefits open enrollment period. 

  • Candidates must be great with computers they will be answering questions from internal employees on benefits and also navigating them through internal systems to help teach the internal employees how to find the information. 

  • Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and able to stick to a call center environment with breaks and lunches scheduled accordingly to call times.



Location: Downtown Phoenix ($42 per month for the parking garage)



Start Date: 09/20 


  • First day will be an orientation for a few hours, training will start on 9/24 – New employees can’t miss any days during training or immediate termination



Position Type: 3 month contract until 12/31, extensions can go up to 03/31/19



Top performers will be converted to permanent employees 



Job Requirements

  • Help Desk experience – This can be entry level, candidates must be good with computers

  • 6+ months with technical Support

  • 1+ year of call center experience

  • HR/Benefits/Insurance experience (preferred)
