•         Address: 11625 N Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277

•         Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.

•         Start Date: 11/26/18    

•         Position Type/Duration of Assignment: Contract 9+ Months

•         Hours/Schedule: M-F/8:00a-5:30p

•         Interview Process: In Person or Phone (Need to be flexible for both)

•         What Must Haves (Tangible experience):

•         MUST HAVE 4+ yrs of RECENT Reporting and Analytical experience OR 2+ years PLUS Bachelor’s degree with the following emphasis: mathematics, statistics, engineering,  physics, accounting, finance, economics or computer sciences

•         MUST have effective document process writing skills - this assignment will be fast pace with very busy projects needing to be implemented in a short timeframe

•         MUST have ADVANCED experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio AND Access Database

•          Best traits/skills that best fit the position:

•         MUST have strong attention to detail

•         MUST get along well in a team environment

•         MUST be able to take direction and work as a team contributor

•          

•         Job Description: Responsible for identifying business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and projects for a department or functional area.  Performs complex analysis of findings and trends using statistical and/or financial analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis, etc.; recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency, quality, compliance, etc.  Identifies business requirements and analytical needs; identifies and recommends potential data sources; compiles and mines data from multiple, cross business sources.  Responds to requests for specific, customized reports and ad hoc analyses.  Ensures adherence to data management regulations and policies.  May provide guidance to less experienced specialists and consultants.  May partner with technology group.
