Security Officer 

I am currently looking for a Security Officer for a 100% Temp to Perm position.

This candidate must have Active Security clearance


The temp to perm length for the Security Officer will be 3-6 months on a contract before transitioning to a full time employee.

Should have security clearance or will be able to get one security clearance

Primary responsibilities include providing fielded support to the test and evaluation of both standalone and integrated Explosive Detection System (EDS) devices and associated Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) interfaces.

Responsible for supporting test execution at test sites in a variety of capacities including data collection, reconciliation, and analysis.

Additional responsibilities can include handling and insertion of test articles, observation of system/component performance, and application of various technical tools and equipment to conduct testing. 

Responsible for receiving and maintaining badges for access to restricted areas at multiple airports. 

Technical areas applicable to this role include non-intrusive inspection and associated scientific disciplines, physical security applications, command & control integration, human factors, operations research, statistics, electrical/mechanical engineering, and systems engineering.

Familiarity with EDS/BHS systems and integration is strongly desired and Work will be performed remotely, with nearly 100% travel
