Job Description

Position:  Agile Coach - Expert Level 

Job Description:

We are looking for an Agile Transformation Coach to assist ExxonMobil's internal Agile / DevOps CoE in organizational agile transformation. This individual would be a Senior Coach assigned to an organization in ExxonMobil IT to assist with building and executing a transformation strategy.

 

Among other things, this would include:

•        Communication and alignment of organizational transformation to Agile / DevOps CoE vision, direction, and roadmap

•        Assessing the learning needs of the organization

•        Working with organization leadership to understand their needs, problems, and goals for transformation

•        Development of transformation strategy and plan

•        Once ready, coaching and training the organization on Scaled Agile Framework

•        Accountability of team-level transformation

•        Ensuring teams are getting what they need from local coaches and communicating needs to the appropriate organizational transformation teams

•        Development of coaches 'chapter' for the organization under transformation

•        Assist the organization in capturing and understanding team and transformational metrics

 

Job Requirements:

•        6-10 years of experience

•        5+ Years Enterprise Agile Coaching

•        3+ Years participating on an Agile Team

•        Knowledge and Experience on Developing Transformation Strategy

•        Experience and success in applying Scaled Agile Framework to large organizations

•        Experience and success in changing organizational mind set

•        Knowledge and Experience conducting formal and informal training

•        Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation

•        User Stories and Requirements Gathering

•        Estimation of User Stories

•        Prioritization

•        Agile Metrics

•        Team Kick-Off

•        Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum

•        Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban

•        Knowledge of and Experience with applying SAFe to teams (including those using the Kanban framework)

 

Soft Skills:

•        Ability to 'sell' new concepts, ideas, and strategies to an organization

•        Confidence in knowledge of Agile and SAFe

•        Advanced communication skills

The location for this Position would be Woodlands, Texas and its 12+ months of Contract based Position.

Job Requirements

The .NET Developer must have:
  • Stable job history
  • Strong background with VB.NET, C# and ASP.NET Development
  • Willingness to grow and expand your professional your technical expertise

Other Skills for the Web Developer include:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise discretion and use independent judgment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reduces development cost by identifying opportunities for code reuse or leveraging open source software
  • Implements the correct technologies based on the requirements, technical environment and existing code
