Administrative Clerk (Order Entry)

• Position: Supply Chain Admin * Hiring ASAP*
• Location: Storm Lake Iowa 50588
• Duration: 9+ Months w/ possible extension.

Receptionist role to the entire site - phone answering and transferring to designated call receiver. Answering questions from calling truckers about dock hours, incoming loads, etc. Front desk operations for all incoming truckers and visitors to the site.
Payroll operations - correcting incorrect punched times or missed times, entering vacation and sick leave for hourly employees, keeping track of current vacation/sick time pay.
Smart Desk - PO maintenance and vendor ownership for all site billing and invoice payments.
SAP transactions - lab and shipping data entry
Word, excel, PowerPoint and email knowledge required
Computer skills required.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Planning and Time management, Multitasking, Working experience in administrative and business support for manager positions. Strong communication and coordination skills. Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to gather and monitor information and think result-orientated. 4-6 Years of Experience
