Job Description

Responsibilities
• Ability to communicate with diverse international training participant(s) and customers and to represent the department in a professional manner. 
• Work closely with department leadership to ensure the scheduled training courses load into LMS preparing participants registration efforts 
• Remove, monitor or add any participants in LMS and pull reports as planned or upon request from leadership and subject matter experts 
• Maintains and update PMA Corporate Brand Office – example: internal email communication templates which target remote delivery or instructor-led participants. 
• Schedules remote delivery courses using Office and WebEx tools 
• Maintain an existing SharePoint Cloud Remote Delivery Course site: replicate existing sites, and update the site links and content 
• Create, maintain or update Qualtrics surveys and reports 
• Works closely with finance to ensure the course charge-code(s) and payments are recorded, meeting the financial team’s monthly report expectations. 
• Provide general administrative support to management staff and PRC personnel and Assist with coverage of Executive Assistant's desk if needed 
• Assist with expense account reconciliations 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications 
• Minimum of 5 years previous administrative support experience required, Preferred- administrative experience within a Learning Development environment 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite—Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook 
• Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites 
•  Maintaining existing templates, updating links, etc. 
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, engaging customer relations skills, interpersonal and follow-up skills, and embraces a team environment 
• Demonstrates the ability to organize, coordinate and manage details to meet specific deadlines. 

Preferred 
• Familiar with Qualtrics Survey 
• Familiar with SuccessFactors Learning Management System 
• Familiar with a WebEx training environment
