OBIEE Developer

This will be a 12mo++ contract either on Disys W2 with Benefits or on C2C with Approved Vendor

Main Challenge

Candidates typically have older technology, we are only interested in candidates with recent experience in OBIEE.

Job Description for the OBIEE Developer:

60% OBIEE Development: would like candidates with recent experience in OBIEE. (with in the last 2 years preferred)

Cashing and performance tuning in newer Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition products.

40% BI technical specifications: candidate will work closely with business and most of the business partners are not technical so they have to be able to communicate technical info to non technical people

Individual contributors:  Principle developer Owns project from start to end. Only person working on initiative.  start project, gather the requirements, develop and deploy. 

Nice to have is banking experience: 

  • Scrum agile framework is a nice to have - no waterfall. wont work with this team.

Job Requirements

OBIEE Developer must have:

  • Stable job history
  • Strong background and recent experience with OBIEE Development
  • Willingness to grow and expand your professional your technical expertise

Other Skills for the OBIEE Developer include:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise discretion and use independent judgment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reduces development cost by identifying opportunities for code reuse or leveraging open source software
  • Implements the correct technologies based on the requirements, technical environment and existing code
